Are you obsessed about the quality of the foods you eat? Do you only want to eat pure or clean foods? Are you overly health obsessed?
As a St. Louis Therapist and Counselor, I understand how you feel and would like to help you with your clean eating obsession. I take a holistic approach to help my clients manage or treat orthorexia.
Through counseling, I can help you understand your disorder, teach you healthier ways to manage it, and treat it with or without the use of medication. My goal as a therapist is not just to teach you coping skills, but to eliminate your orthorexia.

Counseling and Treatment for Orthorexia
I use, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Mindfulness Therapy to help you manage and treat your orthorexia, or better yet, eliminate it. I focus on what triggers you to feel this way about your healthy eating and why. Sometimes it is a cognitive process, sometimes it is a past memory. Whatever the trigger, I can help you overcome it.
